I chose to base my book cover off the autobiography, American Sniper. American Sniper is based around a real-life war hero, Chris Kyle, and how he became the most legendary warrior in American history. When choosing the cover, I decided to go with a patriotic cover, and a bullet to signify his role as a Navy SEAL operator/sniper. I chose the stars in the flag as an area to put the book title, and author, (Chris). In conclusion, I am very grateful for Mr. Kyle's sacrifices, even after his untimely death, and for all men and women who protect our freedom.
